Some businesses select officers. If you choose not to select officers now, you can always add them later by making changes to your LLC operating agreement.

Naming a registered agent is required for all businesses in every state. Your registered agent can be you, another individual, or service may be provided by a company (like us!). First year of registered agent services are FREE with your formation and are provided by IncEasy's parent company, Universal Registered Agents (URA). Registered agent services will renew annually at a rate of $149 per year.

You are required to file a Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Report with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) within 90 days of receiving your finalized documents from us, unless you meet the qualifications for an exemption.
